    Made it simple , if the price of different level is small . Choose the high floor . If big choose low floor

      Great summary!
      One tip: remember that the facing/view matters too in the pricing of the unit! The developer can price units of the same size but different facing very differently and the price difference could be in the hundreds of thousands.
