Fentanyl does not transfer through skin, you can’t OD from breathing in a small grain, you can’t OD from it accidentally in the way these police officers are claiming. There have been multiple studies done on this now. In addition, no police department has ever been able to produce any evidence (like a simple drug test) that proves an overdose of opioids in this way. And many have walked back their claims of overdose, admitting it was a panic attack. This is how afraid people become when they are misinformed - they panic. Please consider how spreading misinformation like this ends up killing people, as people are less willing to help a person dying of an OD if they think it’s dangerous, when it’s not.

@@michaelmccarthy4615Yep I’ve seen many of them say they won’t even work without them anymore. No one is more happy about them than they are, for a while it was to where they were scared to even do their job due to all the people falsely claiming they were harassed and mistreated because of the color of their skin or saying the cops used excessive force and they were doing nothing but simply complying. And the media would simply run with that accusation especially if they had a carefully edited 3 second clip from a phone. Now ironically the main demographic that pushed for body cams still claim it almost every arrest I’ve seen on body cam and every single one screams “I’m not resisting!!!” While doing fighting, flipping, kicking, rolling and doing everything in their power to resist. I’m sure there’s maybe 1-2% of cops who are power hungry and wish they didn’t exist but I’d say atleast 90-95% couldn’t be more grateful for them
Well the bad cops like to turn off the camera auido or visual to plant drugs or avoid getting caught saying corrupt things. Some states are going to double dip with taxes and force citizens to pay to release police body cam footage....

💯 That’s exactly what I say about Lebron James flopping when he doesn’t even get touched, and gets up looking for blood on his head 😂. They forgot about cameras wtf is up w these dummies?
And when it does happen the police can't just say that they hit themselves either. I think the body cams are great. They protect both the police and the public. There have been many lawsuits that have been thrown out because the body cams show the police were doing their jobs correctly. And there have been a few that totally nailed bad cops doing bad stuff.
Bet people didn't count on that when they were screaming body cams. It shows exactly how criminals act vs. what cops have to deal with. I love it. It's really showed the world everything they didn't want them to actually see.
When the cops learn they have cameras on them and stop breaking the law? Weird huh? When the trained professional literally wearing the camera forgets he's wearing it and plants evidence, you just brush it off? But when the untrained civilian forgets they are being recorded, that's to be useful against them? So cops forget they are wearing a camera, ok. Civilians forget cops are wearing a camera, proves they are fake and a criminal. Got it. Cops can do no wrong right?!
People without DLs have to go to jail...? And people are going to be using drugs for all of eternity just like we have been since the dawn of our existence.
They need to stop leaving human beings in a sealed vehicle in the mid-day heat with no AC on for long periods of time. If they did that to their kids they'd be arrested. Also they should probably ask the suspect if they *want* EMS to come instead of just calling them.
@@maynardsrevenge speaking as a cop you clearly have zero clue about the games these folks play, they do it to distract from what cops are doing and to avoid jail for longer. What really makes me angry about so many arrests is how the suspect will either fake an illness or request EMT which takes an ambulance away from its normal operations where they are dealing with genuine emergencies and the knock on effect of this will mean that all other ambulances take longer to respond. These criminals don't care about this, as all they care about is looking for opportunities to either get away from the police or not be arrested. I think they should be allowed to add a charge if they fake an illness or waste EMT time. A charge that has a $10,000 bond or, at the very least, the courts should make them pay for the cost of calling out an ambulance. I don't know how much an Ambulance costs in America, but I imagine it's a painful bill. I guarantee, after less than a year of consequences for this, these stupid criminals with learn not to fake an illness or request an EMT without a good reason.
Justice system doesn’t care who these people put in danger on a daily basis…. There’s got to be a reason. Is it because no jail space? Or do they profit more by letting them go? I’m seriously not understanding.😐
Fkorida doesn't care about drugs It's the only charge exemot from giving you habitual status. The 3x driving on suspended license can make her habitual
Suspect that fake medical issues should be charged criminally. They are wasting valuable resources that real emergencies require. All the EMT's had to do was take a 10 sec body temperature to know that she was not in any kind of heat related emergency.
It would be impossible. It was hot out, the AC was off, and she was alone in the car for probably at least 15-20 minutes while the cops tested the drugs. She very well might have "passed out" (aka fallen asleep) while just sitting there doing nothing, especially if coming off of being high. Then the *cops* chose to call an EMS, she didn't request it. Then the *EMS* wanted to take her to the hospital to get checked out, she didn't request and even refused it but they took her anyway. There's no way they could prove she didn't "pass out", and no way they could charge someone even if they don't request and even refuse the service, it would just never fly.
There should be additional charges and fines for wasting the time of EMS and hospital staff with false claims such as this one. They'd soon stop demanding medical treatment when there is nothing wrong with them.

These cameras keep the cops in check for their reports, and they keep them safe from dumb citizens who try to play victim. Best investments ever made for law enforcement. Plus, it gives play by play of arrests for courts to examine to better make a verdict.

Some states are going to double dip with taxes and force citizens to pay to release police body cam footage....

wtf is up w these dummies?

Would be nice if the DA and Judge cared as much for the community as the officer does.
They need to start charging these people for these bogus trips to the hospital.
They need to stop leaving human beings in a sealed vehicle in the mid-day heat with no AC on for long periods of time. If they did that to their kids they'd be arrested. Also they should probably ask the suspect if they *want* EMS to come instead of just calling them.

Suspect that fake medical issues should be charged criminally. They are wasting valuable resources that real emergencies require. All the EMT's had to do was take a 10 sec body temperature to know that she was not in any kind of heat related emergency.
i agree
These are society and health issues, not crime. Police are the criminals. Police states.
Cops that waste people's time ought to be charged too but that will never happen so...

There should be additional charges and fines for wasting the time of EMS and hospital staff with false claims such as this one. They'd soon stop demanding medical treatment when there is nothing wrong with them.
I'm wondering when the $15 ticket was on the table. The title is misleading.
They couldn't do that since the cops requested EMS on their own without giving the suspect a choice.
