R 1 & 9 HOLIDAY EXCURSION TRAIN Pt. 1 (12-30-07)

A welcome sight anytime of the year, this 2007 view of the R1/9 train during the Christmas holiday takes us from Queens Plaza to 14th St. on the 6th Ave line. The train was running along the now-defunct "V" line. R 32's can be seen still operating on the 'E' line at this time. The consist: (S) 1802-401-381-1575-484-100 (N). The south motor, 1802 where the filming was done is an R9, the final car delivered while the north motor 100 is an R1, the first car delivered.
