Gurl! I live in Miami and its hot and muggy! When I wash my stinky clothes I add borax (or Arm & Hammer Washing Soda, which is cheaper $4) and a little bit of white vinegar to get to funk out. Hugs! xo I also buy the less expensive washing liquid and just boost it.
Eating ice is a sign of iron deficiency which in turn causes a number of mental health issues including anxiety. Try Upping the red meat and iron supplements till you no longer crave ice. Won’t take long ❤
