  • I got laid off this week due to the COVID-19 pandemic so, I have decided to cook up some more videos for you! I am cooking up a breakfast hash that is going to be a "go-to" meal for you every week.
    Recipe:
    - 1-2 pounds of potatos
    - 220g of white mushrooms (quartered)
    - 1 red bell pepper, diced
    - 2-3 handfuls of baby spinach
    - 2-3 green onions
    - 2-3 teaspoons Chilli Garlic Sauce (optional)
    - 5 eggs
    - 3 tablespoons Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
    This is the easiest to make.
    Step 1 - Preheat oven to 450˚F
    Step 2 - Fry potato's until cooked, don't forget to season the food!
    Step 3 - Set aside potato's, saute the mushrooms, bell pepper and spinach
    Step 4 - Add green onion and potato's back to the skillet
    Step 5 - Create small pockets to the eggs to sit in
    Step 6 - Turn off burner and place skillet in the oven for 7-8 minutes
    Step 7 - Add 2-3 teaspoons of Chilli Garlic Sauce (optional)
