I fk wit this dude! He made the best situation out of a micro-studio and it turned into a smart bubble. I respect how positive you are and don’t really mention anything negative about the place or the surrounding areas. Besides 211, are there any other buildings would live in downtown if you were to move?
Thanks and thanks for watching. There are a few but I am not that familiar with them directly. The only other one I personally have been inside is the Towne Terrace Apartments. Those are nice also. Bigger but also more expensive.
@@jamesinvegas thanks for replying. I looked them up, same owner as 211 so make sense why you would mention them. Strangely, looks like they really hide details about it online including pictures.
@@qikstar sorry but I didn’t see the notification for your reply. More pictures of the units are found on www.apartments.com/towne-terrace-las-vegas-nv/2z24t99/
The light for the toilet is a great idea and love that even in such a small space you have a lot of it set up for alexa voice. You did a great job with the space the only thing I would change is the bed but I get it with the fiance. I was thinking if I was like a decade younger (I'm 39 now) I would even consider building a bedroom loft like we're in the dorms again. Computer and desk area under the bed and you still have the TV on the wall where your couch is.
Your liquor storage reminds me of the bar at Elvis, the Vegas style club here in Barranquilla. The bartenders have to stand a on step ladder to grab fresh bottles… which is often because of bottle service which is a big thing here in Colombia.
So when you move out how do you fill repair the holes for the nails? I’m thinking of moving to the 211 but hesitant to poke any holes in the walls… also how is the laundry faculty? Clean? Maintained well?
I will add some plaster in the holes. The laundry is usual pretty clean. Sometimes I do clean the front loading washers because most people don’t know that the gasket collects gunk.
I do still live here. No… all the stories are not true. Most of the bad stories are from people who are disgruntled. Usually because they don’t pay their rent and a told to move. Or they attract or hang out with a bad crowd. It’s actually a nice place to live if you can handle the size. Thanks for watching!
Rent varies but is around $800. They have paid lots and free street parking. A gated parking section in the back. Golden Nugget is about 6 blocks or 0.3 miles away. Check out their website www.211lv.com Be sure to mention my name and channel when you inquire please. James Willis. Thanks for watching.
I hope I get accepted. I’m desperately looking for a place to live because my parents kicked me out at 18 and I have been struggling ever since. Do you have any advice on how to get in? Can I come in person to get a room? I already filled my application.
Applying is the process. You can contact them to follow up to see if you were approved. You can go there in person and look at their show room. Also be sure to mention that you saw them on my channel and mention my name please. James Willis. Good luck!
Hey James. How much is the paid parking at the complex? Do they have any hidden fees above the cost of rent? I was all set to move in somewhere else and they were tacking on resort and technology and all kinds of other fees.
@@selteacher that’s strange. I responded via UA-cam studio. Guess it got lost. Got married over the weekend so have been a little busy. To answer your question. Parking varies but is around $40 a month depending on the lot you get. There is also free parallel street parking and 2 hour angle parking in front but those fill up pretty fast. You get free wifi, laundry, electricity, water, sewer/garbage. Literally only pay for rent and parking if you choose. Please be sure to mention my name and channel when you inquire. It gives me a small discount on my rent for referrals. James Willis.

whats the internet like, can it handle watching youtube videos watching amazon and netflix and using online chatrooms without issues or lag? and wo the fifth element apartments are real... sci fi movie bruce willis.
I have…. Been here for 3 1/2 years. Saw 1 roach and 1 mouse. They have routine pest control. Gated doors can only keep people out of the tenants don’t let others inside. There were a few incidents with homeless in stairwells but there is a security number to call and they will clear them out.
Glad to see you doing well 👍👍👍👍
