  • We help the family stay healthy and recover from sickness quickly with ginger tea.
    Ginger Tea:
    4 cups of water - heated to 95 degrees
    1 inch piece of ginger - grated
    1/4 cup lemon - more or less to taste
    1/2 cup honey - more or less to taste
    Steep for 5 minutes. Strain as you serve leaving the remaining ingredients in the pan to continue steeping. Longer steep time equals more potent tea.
