I always loved this Blue attire for Batista. I thought he used to wear some boots that had the blue instead of the silver but that might have been something I made on the old WWE SD vs Raw games. Not sure. Either way, the blue on the boots would really make this figure pop even more.
If I'm being honest, I wish Mattel would've kept the RA line instead of the MNW line selfishly because I grew up watching the RA era, and I'd be more willing to purchase the RA figures rather than the MNW figs.
Batista was always my favorite Evolution member. Been a big fan of him forever. I don't normally like the big muscle dudes but Batista had a ton of charisma and was booked well. I normally prefer small acrobatic wrestlers like a Rey Mysterio or technical guys like Kurt Angle or Bret Hart but something about Batista worked for me. I still follow him to this day. He is probably the best wrestler turned actor ever. He has amazing range as an actor. He seems like a legit cool guy too.

Im not sure if you mentioned it, but the new batista has ball joints, drop down hips, and the ab swivel. Definitely gonna replace my ruthless gold and red gear Batista with this new and improved ultimate
I personally would be excited if mattel were to make an OVW 4 pack of the prototype (john cena), leviathan (batista) brock lesnar and randy orton. In my opinion it's the best developmental grad class
I feel like this torso only works for 4 people. Goldberg, modern rock, ultimate warrior, and batisita. On everyone else who has it like Guerrero angle and Cena it's fine but just too big for them
