Hello Mr.Atharv, I purchased two sarees from Khizar. Everything was on WhatsApp and the entire process was very convenient and easy. I saw some viewers complain that they were not showing everything. But I am unsure how a wholesaler can show all the sarees on a videocall. This is what I did on my part to keep the process simple and short. I did some reserach online and narrowed down on the color and pattern that I wanted. It was easy for the salesperson and me. This is just my personal experience and I would also suggest viewers to do that. Or sending a screenshot from previous videos could help them understand what your taste is. I've tried reaching out via Whatsapp in the past few days and have not received any response yet. I'm really disappointed that they use big words and don't even care to respond to your messages.
I purchased 5 sarees from them in month of August. They are skilled, humble and the hospitality is great, very considerate as well. We met Mr. Mansoor and his cute daughter. Mr. Mansoor was impressed with the sarees that I chose and he was explaining the fabric, style, pattern of saree in detail to my father and midway asked me to record his explanation and I did! He also told us how viewers have made his life difficult that he had to buy adjacent property for his business 😂 A great memory!
Will definitely recommend this shop and channel to others! He fondly spoke of Mr Atthar and the channel.

I bought a saree seeing your videos especially. Loved the purchase. The staff who assisted me on video call was very humble. Just a small recommendation for them to use a tripod while video call. It will b convenient for them to show the products. It will save there time as they single handedly assist us

Hi I purchased a tissue silk saree from them. Saree is very beautiful and very fine quality. And for one saree they showed us various options and sent pic on WhatsApp. After the order placement they called and gave an update about the order. Very happy with product and service. Please make more videos on khizar silk ❤❤❤
Congratulations to you and your team for covering genuine shops. There is so much variety and weave in these sarees that it is difficult to understand easily. They have their own version of paithini,patola and jamdani which are originally from other states. Your videos have credibility and transparency which is very rare.

Sir, we went to this shop after watching your video . The workers were rude. Collection is good.
I bought 2 sarees very disappointed with the shipment delayed & no response on delay. After I received the Banarasi ghat saree, the kadwa was not overall kadwa embroridary and not finished in the back & will stuck with the jewelery. The silk quality is also not pure Katan silk. The other khaddi georgette was as communicated in the video. I trusted Metro Heights & went with the recommendation.

They are not showing khaddi Georgette collection on video call. As video main itna acha collection dikhate hain. 4-6 design dikhaye bus jisme main kuch pasand hi nhi kar payi.
