I am practicing how to experience the spontaneity of life and being "chaotic" in a good way. Especially when sobriety feels like such an extreme thing compared to moderate drinking, maybe many people feel like they have to calm down or tone themselves down in other ways and they do this psychologically?
I struggled a lot with my mental health and alcohol dependence when I was your age. I really relate to your story, my drinking patterns were really similar to you. I really struggled to get sober and it really hurt my self-esteem. It made me feel so ashamed. What helped me regain my confidence and let go of my depression and anxiety but the drug naltrexone and the Sinclair method. If you are interested look it up I think it would help you. It gave me freedom. ❤
