"The future belongs to those that are digitally resilient," H.E. Abdullah A. Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology said at the Future Investment Initiative's technology policy focused session -- 'Cracking the code: What is the future of global technology policy?'
In the New Norm, he added, shaped by the Great Reset and being influenced by VUCA -- short for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity -- regulators and policy makers need to appreciate the critical role of dynamism and address it by adopting three core principles: regulation has to be dynamic, with a regulatory reset, and an innovative approach.
