Having caught up with all the NDs released, I'm putting you right at S tier with Mr Jays Tokyo 4AM, for one main reason, both of y'all did more unique tracks imo and really brought that nighttime automotive vibe into it. MrJays being more towards actual driving, this literally being good for hangouts and meets.
