At 47 years old and still playing basketball, I've gone from a 23-inch vertical to 29-inch vertical in the last year. Thanks for your videos and podcasts.

It does. Im 14, done lost of research, and unless you overload too much or go too intense too soon, there will only be benefits.

    VOLLEYBALL DOUBT
    I play beach-volley and volleyball..
The block is a two foot jump..no doubt here.
How do you classify the jump for attack in volleyball?
    One foot or two feet?
Technically it is two feet.. but a bit asymmetrical.. and I don't have in mind what a single jump in sports is..
    So..how my plyos should be?
    Just the "two feet" exercises?

it is two feet for sure
you have the penultimate step etc all the things mentioned in good two feet jump technique

I have a goal to train plyo twice a week and want to make these my core workouts. If I am a 2 foot jumper but want to be able to do both should I alternate between 1 foot and 2 foot focus? Or just stick with 2?

Do you ever you use max effort loaded squat jumps for two foot jump training? For example, a Super Cat machine?
