Fun fact: Endless Carnival was originally going to be ShiroKuro's (the third raid on today's vid) theme, but it was changed over to Binah before the game came out.
Some context from a BA player. 0:53 Binah Phase 1 1:17 Phase 2 2:16 Phase 3 What Binah does on each phase depends on the difficulty of the raid. In lower difficulties phase 1 and 2 are pretty similar and in phase 3 Binah is the most deadly. It used to be the punching bag of the raids ("shoot it until it dies, the raid"), but that changes with the latest highest difficulty. So the theme gets a little more intense with phase. 4:46 Chesed mobbing phase (fighting through hordes of robots) 6:12 Chesed boss phase (entering Chesed's "throne room" and fighting more hordes and Chesed itself) 8:30 Shiro & Kuro - so far (from my memory anyway) it seems to play the intro through 8:30 to 9:09 once then loop 9:09 to the end until time out, team wipe or boss clear, regardless if you start the raid fresh or you enter Kuro's phase with another team Looking forward to other themes. (also do correct me if I am wrong, fellow Senseis)
It's weird to hear the short version of it instead of the 2 part loops after regularly restarting the bosses for almost an hour just to get a few score higher
8:10 you are not wrong here. Player and their team enters a facility and before the boss fight itself has to defeat waves of robots (boss attacks are basically him spawning waves of robots too). And although the intro part of Out of Control still plays even while you are ambushed by the first wave I still can relate to your comment. Can't wait to see your reaction for Undefined Behavior - Hod boss theme and Interface versions after you are done with boss themes
You are very correct with the 2nd song. You are sneaking into a mysterious and ancient robot factory that was supposed to be off but recently started up again...
Okay then "Theme 24" endless carnival This is the theme to Binah Which is the snake robot you see in the image. It is the 3rd prophet out of 10 prophets based on the sephira tree of life. It most likely caused the desertification of the entire abydos district. "Theme 48" out of control This is the theme of Chesed The boss is basically a core of a robot factory, it looks like a sphere with an outer shell. It is the 4th prophet of the 10 prophets of the tree of life. It's basically in charge of the production of the robots. "Theme 56" fearful utopia This is the theme of Shiro and Kuro. They're basically animatronics that were abandoned in a theme park called "Slumpia" They came to life out of anger and spite (if i remember correctly) There's more lore about them but im not gonna write it all down.
Welp I guess I'll be your first. Fearful Utopia is probably my least favorite Raid theme. The big WUB WUB WUB WUB segment in particular is a bit grating to me. My favorites are Oxygen Destroyer and Out of Control. Notable mentions for me would be Undefined Behavior and Goz's theme.
The funny thing when you said binah endless carnival might be repetitive, is that top level raids in blue archive don't last more than 2 minutes, and binah is like the pinnacle of speed run boss. Of course unless you're malding for crits, in which case yeah that could be 30 minutes of your life
Pretty close with the context for Out of Control. The first 2/3 of the song you are infiltrating a facility taking on waves of automatons and the last third is when you are fighting the core of the facility.
I like that you started with these since the rest is gonna be a step up. I'll say that while Endless Carnival isn't a bad track, I feel it's definitely the weakest out of all the raid boss themes. I can't wait for you to listen to my favorites like Oxygen Destroyer, Library of Omen, and Gregorius' theme
Istg that greg theme is so overengineered for that boss battle. They didn't need go that hard and sync the song to literally everything in the boss fight
@kuyaspeechless5727 I wouldn't say it's the weakest because it's an early boss. For me, it's more so that the music doesn't really fit with Binah and that it doesn't have the kind of energy you would expect for a raid boss
4:26 he doesn't even play the game yet he knows how we feel about it😂 8:05 especially I like how he can tell about exact environment just by listening the theme
You should try theme 118, theme 163, theme 115 and theme 149 maybe even theme 85! I love these ones from blue archive and would love if you could react to them! (PS: I love the videos, I started to watch when blue archive reactions showed up in my home!)
Nice, also just so you know Theme 158 has a regular OST version and also an in-game version with variations during boss abilitiy usage and a completely different finale, just an FYI 👍
I would say if wanna listen to Greg's theme, should also see the Gregorius Finale that isn't included in the OST itself(because apparently it is a separate track)
the loop in endless carnival AKA binah's theme was designated to the great snake because of the general speciality of Binah: the endless loop. In binah's assualt you can actually see its tail circling forever (if you ever tried to scorerun INSANE or TORMENT levels)Never was binah fully exposed so we don't know how long it is for sure. As for the music you would find that its main theme is only a few notes( 2 of 4-bit 2-note sections with a total of 16 notes) spiraling up and down. As i once saw in another comment:"When you thought it is finally over the hard times the pain and suffering is just beginnig"

makes sense
Good decision
That explains the title

As fellow sensei I can confirm this is true
yes
Him describing Chesed's theme as "being in a facility" then asking if he is in the right BALLpark is peak
Endless carnival and Oxygen Destroyer are my favourite boss themes
Oxygen destroyer and Gregorius theme is my fav
Up
Oxygen destroyer for sure
I just realized Oxygen Destroyer sounds a thermobaric munition.
can't wait to see your reaction to Goz (OST 143) and the brand new Gregorious theme (OST 158) battle songs
Goz is gozzing
those 2 are fire 🔥🔥🔥
It's weird to hear the short version of it instead of the 2 part loops after regularly restarting the bosses for almost an hour just to get a few score higher
Why is this so real🤣
If you're reading this, I hope you do Gregorius (theme 158 if I'm not mistaken) as last. You won't be disappointed leaving that as the last.
I read everything 👀

Oh boy... can't wait to see your reaction to Greg's OST xD
He not ready
Thanks for the reactions!
Perfect timing with the global server wrapping up the massive raid boss rush event lol

I love the raid themes so much...
I've yet to met a single person who don't like fearful utopia, or at least find it interesting

Just found your channel and have watched all of your blue archive reactions.
Im subscribing! I hope there's more to come!

@@andrewlawrence3308 they put all their brain power for that raid it's ridiculous lmao 😂
@@andrewlawrence3308 The man's a conductor, it's the best thing they've ever done.
Indeed it was the weakest becauae it's one of the earliest bosses. But knowing Binah's lore I came to respect it's theme.

The best music gives you all the information you need to build context. Knowing people spend aeons on one boss is just game sense 😂
I really recommend kyrie eleison from blue archive, it is very good
Was waiting for this one❤
10:30 music drops there because bosses have time limit. doesn't have to loop
Can't wait to see you react to Theme 158 🤣

Event theme when? There's some good ones too
When you do the Kaitengers, if you can do all 4 of their themes at once (Denshi Toujou, Fevertime, Kaiten Screw, Theme 151)
Imo Out of Control is the best fight OST in the game, especially with the ingame cutscenes of the chibis posing before facing Chesed
Now for the sequel of badasses:
ost 115 (fall into the rabbit hole)
ost 163
ost 164
Or for the sperate one:
ost 119 (blood stained faith)
115 and 149 are absolute bangers
@@LatifaFleuranza and 163-164 are fires too
@@Zerovid I haven't heard those yet. Might have to check it out later.
Oh yeah after this it will just get better and better
I can hear my Mika blasting Shiro&Kuro chroma at 8:31 ...
Estoy contando los segundos para que reaccione al OST de Gregorious, es un temazo a otro nivel
Yessss!!!
After you’re done reacting to all the Total Assault bosses (Hod, Perorodzilla, Hyeronimus) I’d recommend you to react to OST-77, one of my favourites
Waiting for gregorius
More more more blue archive content
Just wait until you listen to Goz's theme.
Good, now listen to Goz, Hod and Gregorious lmaooo oh forgot Hieronymus and Kaiten Fx Mk.0 too
