According to Indian motor rule transport buses can run about 15- 16 years ,so tnstc can transfer these buses to village routes of various divisions so completing their age.also that minibus can reused for mobile workshop van or auction to private bus operater I noticed years back tnstc did it because so many private bus operators has N series reg buses which is auctioned from tnstc old but running condition buses
