- Talking about the Sony ZV-1. Trying to simplify my camera collection, the ZV-1 was cut and off the team. I had already decided that I wasn't going to use it moving forward for this channel. But I soon discovered a limitation in the DJI Pocket 2 that I couldn't ignore. I also realized the Sony ZV-1 serves a purpose and fills a void. He's back on the squad and earned a spot in my camera collection.

I agree, if you want to be a vloger/camera person you will end up with a few different cameras. Like you said they just all have different qualities. One will compensate the shortcomings of the other. Can’t wait for the next one.

I thought the pocket 2 was much clearer than the Zv1 🤷♀️ maybe my eyes 👀 and the zoom noise? But I understand that it gives you that zoom and it’s nice to take pictures. So that said I agree a keeper.

Is the ZV-1 missing video stabiliser? That’s quite a big flaw specially for vlogging 😅 Pocket 2 seems super smooth!
The ZV-1 does have video stabilization, which introduces a crop. However, it doesn't compete with the DJI Pocket 2. I find the Pocket 2 to be WAY smoother. Thanks for the comment!

I think for youtube the DJI has much better quality. the Sony is darker and not as clear. although you had it facing the sun, I still think the DJI looked much better

The pocket 2 is brighter and the color is more vibrant
The image color on the DJI pocket 2 is really nice, but don’t judge the ZV-1’s color, because as I stated in the video, I treated it (color graded) and probably did it an injustice! 😂 I’m still learning.
