#snoopdogg #2pac #biggie
He was doing 🐍 sh*t before Pac died , what you expect ..
Snoop has always said he was cool with Biggie, why would Snoop break his friendship with BIG over Tupac's make believe beef?
@@HypnoticHollywood Snoop met Biggie through Pac & was only friends with him because of Pac. Also, Biggie set him up to get shot & Pac made “Hit Em Up” in retaliation, since Snoop was still on trial, at the time. Snoop was mad at Biggie & even recorded songs dissing Biggie.
@@HypnoticHollywoodBut Biggie never cool with Snoop. Snoop was meeting with Puffy, not Biggie.
Snoop has fooled a lot of people in the world with his charisma or whatever. He aint never fooled me though.

He didn't trust him but Snoop tried to flip it like Pac was the untrustworthy one whole they were on the plane. Snoop is a phony
That’s why I’m glad I’m old enough to know the truth before the internet 🛜 snoop mos definitely trying to rewrite history

exactly. same with being old enough to remember the impact of Pac and how Jay was and the east was... the younger generation are getting lies told cuz folk dead. same with the straight outta Compton movie how they played eazy
Snoop has the money and the influenced to do it

Also imo snoop was jealous of 2pac . Cuz once pac signed to death row it was literally all eyes on em snoop was now #2 .

Snoop still this day jealous of Pac...
He alive and his legacy cemented in time as a west coast G funk pioneer with Dr Dre and his family will inherit generational wealth.
Not at all. Why would he be? Snoop has a wife, children, and grandchildren. Plus, he's making between $12-20 million a year off of all his endeavors. So why would he be jealous of 2Pac?
Because of love that people show even years later

I appreciate Snoops contributions as an entertainer throughout the duration of his career. However from a street perspective he's chosen to compromise his integrity time and time again. This is why you learn to separate the entertainer from the person and their actions.
Snoop has always said he was cool with Biggie, why would Snoop break his friendship with BIG over Tupac's make believe beef?
@@HypnoticHollywoodyet he had a diss record targeting Biggie…..
@daghost, stupid response. It's plenty of guys cool after dissed records and street beef. So cut the bull unless you gonna call them out.
@@STell743 You’re a true Snoop fan I see, but that doesn’t change the fact that Snoop dissed Big and also Big did not take kindly to Snoop and the Dogg Pound shooting a video in New York and stated so on radio and we all know what happened next, so the statement that they were always cool is a falsehood.
@@daGhost187 I don't give a fuc* about that I like his music. That is the point. You taking ish personal lie he did something to you. You don't find it weird. And plenty of artist dissed each other and are cool. Reggie was mad at Mobb James and voiced it
And here we are both were on a podcast together, now a UA-cam channel together.
Snoop was definitely playing both sides
Probably because Pac was an ass hole by instigating his friend and mentor Dre's departure, leaving Dogg floundering; with no allies, direction and, no Worldwide hit-maker producer - daily basis.
And stans wonder why Dogg didn't entertain Pac's bullshit like that and didn't comply on the BIG thing.
And I don't like Doggy Dogg.
Snoop just tells the story and paints the picture to make himself look better always , true narcissist.
On some Dr. Dre Straight outta Compton type shit lol
Gota give it to Reg hate him or love him he say it how it was, all facts💯
Except when it come to details about biggie death. That’s where his memory because hazy
@jayman3915 yeah coz he's not stupid enough to incriminate certain people especially suge, reg is loyal to Suge, 2pac & that red side
@@jayman3915💯
@3rdgenerationcancer yea people seem to forget snoop was a global superstar, pac had controversy and street lore but his music wasn't respected like that during his life.
Reg is a cop!!! He was hired to control the bloods suge had working for him. So suge had a card to play against them if they tried bullying him.
Don't think deathrow and the gangsters let this COP and his COP TEAM around any of their street ish
I'm from NY and i always took that biggie line as him saying he wants to sell like Snoop but since he was supposed to be a west coast death row hater He shouldnt be giving any type of props to a deathrow artist..hence the "Oooops".
Me too.. maybe he invited Snoop to the studio to let him hear the records and let him know personally that bar wasn’t a diss. Maybe
Fax
I second that …. Reggie doesn’t really know anything about hip hop music wise because that was a super REACH to imply biggie was dissing him …. Doggfather wasn’t even out a good 6 months to say it was a flop sales wise at that point
Exactly how I took that line as well
@justinstewart2290B ig was dissing Snoop. Big hated Deathrow. Cease or somebody from JM said to come in Big's house you had to step on a Deathrow shirt he used as a mat. Yall niggas are lost if you think Big wasn't dissing Snoop. Big was dissing Jay and the Lox on songs he was doing with them
Snoop was hurt that Pac took his spot, and his jealousy got the best of him. Watch the house of blues concert, watch how Snoop looks at Pac.
The crowd was rocking harder when snoop was on stage
Amen 💪🏽
Snoop knew pac was going to sink the ship.

I never thought that was a diss to Snoop. I thought Big was saying Oops lm not supposed to say that
Exactly
What's crazy is alot of rappers have dissed each other and ended up cool.
Damn, Doggfather did come out in November of 96… Reg might be on to something 😮
All these stupid nerds in the comments talking shit about Snoop like he did something wrong. He knew this whole beef was bullshit and wasn’t going to lead to nothing but destruction. He saw Pac (through Suge) was the one instigating the drama, so he went and hollered at Biggie like a man. Even in hind sight, all these years later, ninjas is so dumb that they feel snoop did something wrong 🤦♂️.
Exactly.
It's incredibly puzzling how so many Pac stans just can't grasp that. Who doesn't love Pac? But you have to admit that he started an unnecessary pointless beef that led to the fall of the greatest hip hop record labels ever. He got himself murked and shot Suge to prison. Snoop was the actual visionary who saw through the BS and wanted peace.
Mob James falling asleep bored lol😅😂 He looks like he wants a Rib dinner
Snoop is like a politician. He can tell a story and make you believe it, he paints a picture and creates the narratives, and he controls the narratives. And when he talks he always keeps it neutral , he always makes sure he is the good guy, he’s peaceful etc etc.
He is a song writer ,a rapper, performer, and speaks for a living, ofcoarse he's good at telling a story lmao wtf. Neutral is from years of media training since a child, and he always has been the peaceful 1,he's been that his whole career.
It's his image too. Not only his image but this image people have in their head of Pac and Snoop. Before you really dig deep, almost everybody think Snoop and Pac were so close and that Snoop was a genuine friend of Pac. Once you start to peep game tho, you'll notice he's a phony
@@derrickhoward1543 nobody who who grew up in era thought they were best friends. They had lots of respect for eachother before the deal. Snoop welcomed him and pac was hype to work with them. @@smizzomgmt9957 I'm talking about how their friendship is portrayed to the public. Most casual fans of Pac think they are super close to this day and they justify the bullshit Snoop has done and does.
@@derrickhoward1543 die hard fans know exactly what it was. And they were not crazy enemies either. Pac spoke up because he was hurt. Same hes beefed with his brother mopreme, big syke, macadoshis, ray luv, digital underground, the list goes on. He was super emotional, young, and gaining crazy success. Some people he would made up with, others he didnt get the chance before he passed. Snoop was never a tight friend like some others but they would have made up,same way pac and biggie would have
Snoop meeting with Biggie was a buster move.Yet the West coast never addressed it.
Snoop lost a lot of respect in west coast for that.
@Mr. Man-sq7hp Gene Deal said on Art Of Da Dialogue that Biggie said while they were in L.A. Biggie said why is this dude Snoop keep calling me trying to find out what hotel he was staying in. So according to Gene Big didn't trust Snoop nor it seem really wanted to deal with Snoop.
Snoop tried staying loyal to death row but he wasn't going on the same scuicide mission as pac and suge. Wtf. He's been cool with everyone
What do you expect from a guy that said "Drop a Gem on em like Mobb Deep" after Pac's death and called Pac Scottie Pippen as if Snoop is MJ
Just like he took a Picture with Haitian Jack
Reggie keeps it Real all the Time.
He's a cop. Making money just talking to a camera acting like he was more than what he was

It's funny seeing that pic of Pac and Snoop at the MTV Awards. I was a little kid at the time and I used to think Snoop was Pac's bodyguard 😆😆
Snoop wiped the sweat off his forehead after Pac's death and said " Geeesh! Now that Pac is gone I can get my spot back. Finally the nightmare is over! Hey Big keep the east and I take over the west....let's make peace even after you deliberately incited for my trailer to be shot at. I rather make peace with ya'll than watch Pac take over. My career was thrown on the back burner f.... that".
A lot of people wiped their foreheads when Pac died
Did they, because there was no other successful rappers when Pac was alive. 🙄 You cats say some dumb ish.
A lot of people did wipe their foreheads and snoop wasn't 1 of them. Snoop was waaaay bigger than pac musically at that time in sales and as a global superstar. That's part of why pac went to death row. Smh
@smizzomgmt9957 Pac over threw Snoop over night as soon as he arrived at Death Row lol!! Where u been? 👀
@smizzomgmt9957 Snoop never imagined Pac selling 5 million in 3 months with another album set to come out while the Dog Father album collected dust with a delayed release! Pac took over that shish
The way Mob James looks at Reggie always makes me crack a smile. 😂
HE LOOK LIKE HE TIRED OF HIM RUNNING HIS BEAK
Because he hated him before and still does. He's just making smart legal money as an old OG
Again!! Snoop was jealous of Pac!! He came to Death Row and outshined him!!
Mob James falling asleep lol
Suge knight is going to karate chop mob james ass when he come home.
I’m not a big Gene Deal fan but I believe him what he said about BIG saying why this nigga Snoop keep calling me trying to see where I’m at
Dogg Father came out about 2 years after ready to die, so Reggie is incorrect about the dis part, I don’t think Biggie was trying to get Snoop at all, but he was sending a whole bunch of subliminals at 2Pac on that life after death album💯

Sn@ke Doggy Dogg !!! ~ 🤡
Snoop lowkey be jealous of any artist bigger than him, I noticed this during the drink champs interview when they bought up Jay , so him being real jealous of pac not to far off
So many people in the comments taking Snoop’s side just shows why the world is like it is now. Snakes flockin everywhere. Reg made a good point he said he was fucking with them and not saying anything…. Imagine a nigga you’re riding with daily is linking with your enemies.
2:20 wake up James lol
Snoop is grown ass man. He could chop it up with up with whoever he wants just like me.
The Death Row era just took gang banging to another level. East coast west coast. At the end of the day we are all the same.
He didn't need anyone's permission to do what he wanted to do.
So nobody gonna talk about how Snoop 2nd album flooped
No. Because look at him today. He is everywhere and clearly you hate it.
You spoke a lot of the truth here Big Reg!
It was all in our face snoop was the link did all that for a show with Martha and Sketchers
I’m pretty sure it was on the can’t stop puffy doc that came out a few years ago..that there was a clip of Puffy on stage with Snoop and Dre and telling the crowd that during the height of the beef both were coming to NY to see him! And they’ve always been friends. Snoops cousin also confirmed it in his bombfirst interview..
You stepped your video quality up John. 👍🏾👏🏾💯

I believe this interview has finally establishes Snoop had resentment towards Pac.

Because Pac was out there riding on Biggie for Snoop & Snoop was snaking him behind his back.
@@jihadx5307 He was riding for himself, did Snoop ask Tupac to ride for him? No imo We can clearly see that Snoop was right in hindsight.
@@maieyesfilms326 Snoop himself said that Pac rightfully felt betrayed because he was so supportive of Snoop but Snoop said he switched up after his trial & Pac couldn’t respect him for leaving him hanging out there.

You’re bias, check the facts.
Snoop is definitely lying about Biggie playing him his Life After Death album. Because Biggie didnt get to hear the final completed Life After Death album. Thats what the producers of that album said. They said Biggie didn't hear the final songs or mixes of the songs he rapped to. Now Biggie probably played him a couple songs, but not the album
He played him the album he just didn’t know what songs were gonna make it that’s all. At that time it was named something else and the source had been riding with the album for months writing the review. It was originally called life after death til death do us part. It was known it was suppose to drop a few times but sample clearances played a huge part in that
@adamkumi7122 Go listen to that Angie Martinez interview with the different producers that's talking about the album. They said they were amazed how Biggie rapped to scratch tracks and he never got to hear the final tracks of the album. Like the "Ninjas Bleed" track, the producer said that wasn't the beat Biggie rapped to. They put the beat together after Biggie put his lyrics down. Some songs were finished, but not the entire album
@@DaMixWizard bad boy controlled the album at the end so big didn’t know which tracks they were using and which ones they weren’t. Exactly like the makaveli album there was suppose to be 18 or 19 tracks with different artwork then it came out with 12. Also life after death was suppose to be released for Halloween but had sample clearance issues
Big did have a private listening party of the album 2 weeks before he died though. There's a picbof everybody sitting at a round table and big was rocking a fatigue jacket with 2 Jesus pieces bobbing his head.
Why does snoop speak of Tupac like awards ect like he never did anything wrong Snoop a snake
It definitely was
Snoop and Daz were in NYC hosting YO MTV RAPS in November 1996
I always felt the sell records like snoop was a diss. But if we think of the timeline of pac being shot and the release of LAD, maybe BIG did show snoop the record to play it like it was a compliment after BIG heard who was the in the car and did as some say was the real shooter big dre. Snoop came out and said he new big dre they went to the same high school so perhaps that changed dynamics. Just my thought
I like how ou go back and fourth on there faces hahah it’s almost funny😂
I always said and still say that snoop n puffy are the two people that killed pac n biggy they are the only two that needed them dead plus they are both snake ass haters
Biggie was a big fan of Snoop and Snoop was a biggie fan simple
That is why Biggie when on radio ordered a hit on Snoop in 95, whilst Snoop was in NY.

I always thought Snoop knew PAC was gonna get shot that night in Vegas because he kept asking Pac in the air plane ✈️ if he was going to Vegas
Do you think that Pac was going to talk him after what he did?
Secondly Pac was planning on going to Atlanta and is was a last minute that he decided to go Vegas.
Answer the damn question Reggie Wright. Snoop is the biggest punk mf in rap history. Rest in Power Tupac, The Jacka, & Nipsey.
Snoop’s a politician, will change his stance to whatever benefits him at whatever time. I also believe that he’s somewhat jealous of Pac’s legacy. Snoop has reinvented himself in order to stay relevant. Just my opinion.
Snoop his own man, he can chill with who he wants, doesnt mean he was shady, at the end of the day, they new it was K D, info was in the streets on the low. Cmon now playa 😂😂😂
All its lining up..Snoop hurting cause he got blood on his hands..he played a part in this somewhere
I've always loved Snoop Dogg since I was a kid, but as I'm growing up, and learning more about Death Row and hearing all those Tupac stories, I'm convinced Snoop was a SNAKE. And just like Diddy, Snoop was jealous and envious of Tupac. Hell, even BIGGIE didn't trust Snoop at all (according to Gene Deal anyway).
Thanks Reggie for always speaking the damn truth and being a loyal dude. James, not so much. I swear sometimes he gives Tupac hater vibes, smh.
mob james IS a tupac hater
Mob James being a hater to pac is just his opinion but he's got more facts than the cop Reggie who wasn't around street stuff with them. And snoop had no hate for pac,he was 10×bigger than pac during that time
He's right about *Ready To Die.* It came out in 1994. I loved the album, but honestly, Method Man's *Tical* blew him out of the water. If memory serves me right, Warren G's *Regulate... G Funk Era* also outsold *Ready To Die.* These albums were all 1994. Biggie didn't get popular until about mid 1995. Aside from _"Big Poppa"_ & _"Juicy",_ all of Biggie's songs were either remixes or featured on other artist's songs like Craig Mack, Junior Mafia, and Total.
Even as a Pac fan, I always loved Biggie's music. I just love Hip Hop. BUT... East Coast niggas only started calling Biggie "the GOAT" because of the controversy he and Pac had during an East Coast/ West Coast rivalry. That's the only reason New York put him above everyone else. Before that, Nas, Biggie & Mobb Deep were all on the same level. Jay-Z was on a tier below them. But if anyone were Kings of NY, it was Wu-Tang Clan. They, not Biggie, turned heads back to the East after years of West Coast dominance. We don't remember it that way because they never got caught up in the controversy PLUS Hot97 were a bunch of bitches and stopped playing their music over personal beef.
Hip Hop History is soooooooooo inaccurate. It's tweaked by bias, politics and straight up liars and this is why I respect people like Reggie who don't allow people like Snoop rewrite history.

How u become homies with a nigga that went on the radio and told the city of NY to "handle yall" and get your mans trailer shot up? Wtf Snoop??
This is why I like Reggie he keeps it real. Everybody keep thinking Biggie was all they but feel to realize that Ready to Die did not sell like that at first and if you had the album you would know that all those songs they was playing was remixes that's what got him hot not the actual songs off the album. And people forget Tupac was still at the top when he was in jail number one album in the country and Ready to die was out at the time. And Snoop was acting like a bitch during that time. Biggie had his trailer shot up and he was still being friends with him. He suppose to be a G but acting like a lame. Thank you Reggie for giving the facts on that shit.
2Pacalypse Now debuted at 194 and got no higher than 64
Strictly 4 My N debuted a 24 and didn't get no higher than 24
Me Against The World didn't sell 2 million until after he died (this according to Reggie)

Dat wasn’t di case 💔😂
Snoop was dissing them too. Made a diss record and everything. His trailer got shot up because of Biggie. He was kicking down buildings in videos. He was on stage with Pac egging on the dissing. He was at the MTV awards with Pac saying this is our family family over when Pac said there was no dream of cliquing up With Biggie and Bad Boy as a whole.
