Baad me toh main PhD karne aa hi sakta hoon.Toh main vahi karna chahta hoon.

Nahi bro, placement happens one year later. Like if you enter in 22 your placement will happen in Nov 23

Not necessarily you have to do PhD after mtech. You can do job and come back later for PhD if you wish
