Early 2000s i got pulled over and poured my Styrofoam on the carpet inside my car. They pulled us out the car to search and while they did that they had us stand by another cop by his car. Whole time i was downing the rest of my 1 liter which had about half of it left. They seen the empty cup and fresh ice on the floor. Came back and asked if i was sure it wasnt alcohol that i spilled lmao. I said naw and they asked to smell the now EMPTY big red bottle. He smelled it and let us go. I was still pissed tho because the drank was dried up that night and i was assed out after that. I got a few stories like that from the late 90s early 2000s in port Arthur
I swear Mike D the king of storytelling!
I Done Watched This Story Bout 15 Times Mane. Each Time Is Like Hearing It The First Time

I'm from PA been sipping since 96-97 I remember skipping school and goin to the screw shop active athlete and the bottoms on the 3 I'm talking bout the old dirt roads and shotgun houses and boys had back packs of the pimento and baby foods bootles being from PA when seen gallons and pints but the lil glass bottles fuxked the game up every drank
10,000 for some 84s back then is around 20,000 in todays money. For your average street guy they were hard to find, hard to buy and hard to keep unless you were bout it and head on swivel at all times. You had to be somebody to ride them and keep them. Nowadays everybody got'em...the slab game aint what it used to be, it hit way way different back then.
Facts bro. Cause boys would get caught slippin in that turning lane back then....might lose ya life.
Mike D you gotta turn this into a movie big homie.
Mann... I was thinking🤔 💭 the same thang as I'm watching/listening to the story, like damn this would make a good as movie!
Not lying at all 10k for a set I remember when ppl went to Dave and spent 4k and gave him a glass set of 3’s
Mike D I love these stories man…… RIP Pat Lemon #theoriginalGallonMan
One of the 1st times I ever po’d up right before Screw died my homies lady got prescribed a pint and all we had in the trap was a bottle of tequila rose that thick pink shit. Mannnnn I po’d a 4 up in my cup with probably 4 o’s of tequila rose boy that shit was fiiiiiiiiiiire 😂. This was when grape swishers 1st started popping off because before that we use to roll up Peach Optimo’s I had just got in a nice little load of some old school purple Reggie before dro (medical) was really on the streets. I grew up in Phoenix and I wont completely incriminate myself but back in the late 90’s we use to trade some stuff with dudes in California for small loads of their hydro marijuana but it was very very uncommon to find on the streets for regular people.
Anyway I remember falling in love with the drank that night because everything just went so good together my purple drank with the pink liquor and my purple Reggie with the grape swishers.
Appreciate the Drank stories mann. Sincerely… keep em coming! VA to H-Town, Respect✊🏽
More to come!

Man Mike D Its so much to unpack from this story!! If you can, answer these questions for me.
Its wild to hear about how free flowing the drank was, did yall feel yourselves falling into the addiction? Or was it just the lifestyle so it wasnt thought of as something to be addicted to? Also, man how much money was in the streets in the 90s for you to be counting 1.3M at Bam's?!? You gotta write a book mane, most of these names i only heard on Screw Tapes so to get the background info is wild
