I asked topo if he would do more and he said he doesn't want as it is too stressful and he hated every single second of doing it, so I wouldn't be too excited about a lot of maps being completed first time without checkpoints by him from now on.
He needs to start telling them to fuck off to be honest. Its alot of fanboys that are getting upset when he doesnt play what they want him to play, and they arent actively helping the scene whatsoever. Topo simps ruining what competitive kz is about and will end up driving him away from the game YET again, at no fault of Topo himself.
Much people talking about oportunity to pause, but they forgot, that everyone has such oportunity on server, and only topo completed a run in nogc. Btw nobody said it's wr or something like that. On a server every run with nogc is a run with nogc, no matter if you go to pee in pause or you train a jump. If you wanna see wr - go for it by yourself and suffer from learning every fucking pixel of a map
his strafes are out of this world.. he has almost always bigger gain than airtime for first 2-3 strafes, that is a huge advantage. what mouse, keyboard does he uses?
Yes, I always knew the map was entirely possible to run without checks ever since mursu was geeking it, he was getting most sections with barely any fails at all while trying to record a checkpoint demo.
topo is surprisingly good at slides, he even completed slide_svn_complex_hard, which is one of the most brutal slide maps ever made, waaay back to 2016 or so. But I don't think anyone can really compete with bloly, except flores when he wants to or meln0n if the comes back to play again someday. The guy is so good he basically has no competition, even when there were several good sliders playing at the same time, bloly was still coming out on the top every time at the end of the day. The guy is literally a god.
@@silvacos There arent really any sliders left going for WRs that ive seen. Butamuh quit around the time me and melnon started taking wrs. And then me and melnon started quitting when flores and bloly were takin wrs. And now theres really no one going for slide wrs after they grinded nonstop, seems like a slightly dead mode at this point.
I don't consider this run a true NO CP run. Pausing and testing out a jump before actually doing it isn't true NO CP imo. It's still impressive, but not a true NO CP run.
Yeah, as we said with Okazys, going to LAN requires “doing your homework”, which would mean spending a lot of time and you wouldn’t be able to practice mid run, you just gotta be really well prepared, which is way too much effort.
Because he paused it doesnt mean that its not a no cprun. Now that its not consider legit run or wr because its not LAN sv, the plugins and he paused the game its a different thing.

@@danyool777 before this map, he had just done hfr_302 without checks, really one of the biggest feats in history of kz.
Hey Nico, is it possible to know what config.cfg or cs 1.6 settings is using by topo? I have a nice pc but I cant play smooth like him :c
