You're right. Rolls-Royce Phantoms are HUUUUUUGE cars, BUT the one being chased is a short wheel base Phantom. The long wheel base Phantoms are much longer. I have a 1985 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur, which is a long wheel base version of a Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit

News reports said the owner of the Rolls was tracking it-- so they must know where it is now. Cops are saying the Rolls hasn't been located but that can't be possible if the owner has ways to track it. Wonder what's going on.

It's just an attorney hurrying to court to collect the damages for someone who is hurt in a car accident cuz 60% of the award is going to him and he's willing to have a car accident to get to the money awarded to his victim who did have a car accident. He's got to get the money to pay for that Rolls-Royce somehow and he needs as many victims as he can get from car accidents to claim they were hurt even if they weren't to pay for that Rolls-Royce
