- Hey guys! Are any of you gamers? Have you ever thought of the negative effects of video games? Or ever wondered what would happen to you if you played video games, say, for a year non-stop? Let me tell you my story. It all started a year ago, when I got a new job. I have to admit I’m quite a gamer. So when I saw the ad in the paper, I called them immediately. Wanted: Video Game Player. It turned out the offer wasn’t that simple. Yes, my job was to play video games. But all day long. 15 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days in total.
I’d have 8 hours to sleep and a half an hour in the morning and in the evening to eat and shower. No days off, no vacation. Take it or leave it. It scared me, and I was reluctant to agree. But then the employer told me my yearly salary, and I was in. If I did it for a year, I’d never have to work again. So, I decided to give it a try.

It actually happens, 2 years ago i used to play a lot of games especially car racing games on my pc, and whenever i was closing my eyes i feel like iam moving very fast and sharp turns are coming.
I have the perfect solution to your problem: touch grass (also maybe see a doctor)

Sounds like fun, i would like it but only without the timetable and i get to chose what games to play.
Like 9 hour sleep, able to go bathroom when i want to, take a bath when i feel like it and like 6 hours or when have events in the game slightly more. Get to eat exercise and just my dream life.

This is what I've been doing for most of this year to be completely honest
I've been using computer 16:30 hours a day. from 9 am to 1:30 Am None of of that happened to me other than blurry eyes and not being able to sleep well at night.

Been gaming since quarantine. I obviously don't go for 15 hours straight, as I regularly take some breaks in the middle (around 3~4 breaks) to not tire myself out.

Playing for 30 minutes is enough for me. I want my eyes to be safe and well protected. Plus , I’m not a gamer sometimes I play... The best thing to do is to keep your eyes safe. Imagine how your life would be without eyes? That’s why this is important. 😉☺️

I used to play car racing games on my pc for 2 hours straight and then my job is hunting my health and I got my blurry vision and my eyes started blinking more after the final exam so, now I've realised that we should never play video games for too long but, just for 30 minutes or 1 hour and we need to take rest for taking care for the health but as a gamer so, I can play just for 30 minutes or 1 hour and take more rest to take care for the health and all the things were not real in this video and the siren goes up at 8 am and taken him shower and breakfast at 8:05 am and started to play a brand new game that it has not been launched yet on 8:30 am and this is my favorite video in all time so, thank you for helping me for the UA-cam channel bright side and playing video games for straight 365 days can cause many problems through the health and it causes neck pain, back pain, overweight, blurry vision and you have no knowledge about video games and you will not know that how to play the video games and there would be the loss of health but the cat was sleeping at 365 days when the alarm goes on so, after 365 days the gamer went out at 11 am when the siren goes up and then he went the home with the less vision and dot shaped eyes in the outside so, now we have realised that we should never play video games for too long otherwise there would be many problems regarding through the health such as neck pain, back pain overweight, blurry vision and dot shaped eyes in the outside and you will not know that how to play the video games so, please don't play the video games too long otherwise you would have the same problems such as the person have in the video and rest is important, the message from bright side to yuvraj kakkar

Ouch! Games for more than 5 hours hurt my eyes. Basically, the result is sedentary, pain, and 20/2000 vision.
I had the exact schedule until my PC broke and none the symptoms happens to me and I am healthy.

There is a difference between playing on a console and playing on a complex VR system that simulates EVERYTHING,smell,taste,every single detail from real life including virtual food that has actual nutrients,its more fun on NerveGear than on a console.
If this was me I would take a break for a few months then start playing again but only like 2 hours a day and as I recover more I will be more better.

If he wanted exercise and not to be so stressed, he could have done some VR simulations. There's now VR shoes (cybershoes) that make the game more realistic and the player can get a lot of exercise.
