4 stars doesnt feel underwhelming, they are fun with unique playstyles
100%, the biggest plus for me so far is that the combat system allows _every_ character to shine. On field dps lucy smacking tf out of people with her baseball bat is immensely fun to me lol

Fun fact the lead art designer for ZZZ drew fan art of the vtuber Gawr Gura and posted it on Twitter last year so it's possible that the idea for a shark girl character for ZZZ came from watching Gura.
