Nice! I have a JU-06, and it’s just as awesome of a companion to ORCA, though I haven’t explored midi cc messages nearly enough. A random or sequenced filter cutoff would sound fantastic on the Juno...
This is so good, and is giving me ideas to try out. I had success sequencing the microfreak with orca, and I think that's also a good partner to orca. I got pulled in for an hour just running random sequences with those two.
I have to dig into sequencing other midi messages a bit more, but it’s amazing how well orca pairs with a physical interface. I guess that’s the case with any sequencer, but I feel like separating the two like that helps me set up boundaries between sequencing and sound design
I don’t remember, but it’s definitely an not one of the earliest builds, this was several months before the conversion from a native application to a full-on JavaScript-based build that can run on browsers. I think that L operator change actually dissuaded me from using Orca for a bit, but it’s such an awesome and inspiring tool, and I’m glad to see it still loved today
Thanks for posting this. Recently got a JU-06A and have been planning to use ORCA with it.

very cool : )
❤
wow. thank *YOU* i have a ju-06 and you've inspired me to try orca. =)
That’s great! As much attention as Orca had gotten for a bit there, it’s still an underrated sequencing tool
Cool video. Gave me a lot of ideas
What version of Orca is this? The L operator seems to be different in current versions to how you've used it in this 5 year old video.
