I love that when Katya asks “Have you never picked up a comic book?” and Trixie went “No, no I haven’t” her entire demeanor changed from playful mocking to “Oh this is actually someone discovering something let me be a bit gentler” and it was just a sweet subtle shift to encourage a friend’s new hobby ☺️
Hearing Katya list her wins and celebrate them by proclaiming “I love my life” legitimately brought a tear to my eye. 😭🙏🏼❤️

If space wasn't a vacuum, and was filled with atmosphere similar to Earth's, the sun would sound like a constant roar at around 100 decibels, a bit quieter than the speakers at a rock concert, with the sound dampening some at night. Basically, if we could suddenly hear the sun, it would be a nightmare. If the sun had always been audible, life likely wouldn't have even evolved the sense of hearing, or it would behave wildly different than we know it to now. Hope someone found this interesting!

@@squeemdweem but i think you should start asking pencilers if you can color their works for portfolio. So that the editors will see how you mesh your coloring with their art. Sometimes the artist themselves would refer you to their editors when they like how you color their works :D

Katya, I realize this is a weird swing, but hearing you talk about the heat and trying to stay cool and people knowing that's an issue and should be something resolved beforehand - that speaks to me on such a level as a person with disabilities. The amount of times I've organized access or accommodations beforehand with the appropriate people only to show up and have nothing in place and then I have to go find someone or rush around trying to problem solve it myself instead of having the time I should have to do the things I should be doing instead. It's just mind-numbing how frustrating it is. And then people get upset if you say ANYTHING about it even when it was their job and you did the work already to make sure they knew and could set it up. It's a fucking problem and people really don't take it seriously and then paint you as the asshole for being upset about it. I'm so glad ya'll had a come-to-jesus conversation about it and got your tents!

a few years ago I started a new medication and gained weight and now I’m ALWAYS HOT. I’m ALWAYS sweaty. I keep a fan in my office, I’m always in shoes I can slip off, I’ve kind of given up on wearing sweaters or scarves even in the winter…. anyway yes I relate to this so much. 😭💕

Hey! Love you guys. Just wanted to point out though, that Adderall is actually an extremely common and accepted treatment for ADHD (which I've dealt with for my whole life). Adderall has changed my life for the better by calming down my brain and allowing me to feel like a normal person. The Take Your Pills documentary is pretty biased against medication, so I wouldn't take it completely at its word. Medication can be really useful and life-changing if taken responsibly. Unfortunately, the abuse of Adderall has made it harder for people with ADHD to obtain the medication easily.
Yup. Insurance basically denies anyone above 18 flat out because they still think people age out of ADHD, and there's so many hoops to jump through because people just assume you're abusing it. I was only on it for a month (it literally destroyed my body), but it can help immensely. The entire time I was taking it, I was like, "People take this to go to Saturn, but I take it, and it's slightly easier to remember to brush my teeth." Really obnoxious in a lot of ways.

One of Katya's most complementary colours was her purple outfit for an episode of Unhhh. It was a jewel tone purple, amethyst I guess, and she looked incredible! I literally remember saying to myself that purple is her colour (jewel tone purple and turquoise look incredible on Katya).

The "full-fat" thing is a reference to milk. We call whole milk full-fat, so people started using that expression to describe the unhealthy versions of things, kind of as a joke. It's not actually a reference to the fat content of the coke.
