I absolutely love the little mistakes and how you treat them as bloopers, making fun of yourself and the situation. Makes the ride more fun and relatable. Keep up the great work 👍 👏 and show us more and more of your Japan! Love from India 🇮🇳 ♥️!
Thanks for the video. If you live in northern Osaka area, I hope you didn't get hit too bad by the 2018 June 18 earthquake. I remember it well because I arrived in Kobe airport from UK via Narita just after it happened, and needed to get to Nishi Akashi with no Shinkansen or JR trains running. Luckily I made it there via Sanyo Seaside Line but had to walk the last 2km. A day or two later I spotted a lot of damaged houses between Osaka and Kyoto from the Shinkansen.
I have never seen a double-decker train before😳the way the basement compartment is so close to the ground give me anxiety but the difference in view feels like you're in a totally different train.
I think icecream vending machine is unique to Japan. They are called "Seventeen Icecreams", which sells 17 flavors of icecream at 1.2 to 1.8 dollars🍦 I may find another icecream vending machine in upcoming videos!
Thank you for the funny video! I really enjoyed it with easy-to-understand Japanese subtitles! I'm using Google Translate, so I'm sorry if there's something I can't tell you
Oh, that's a good feedback I've been looking for! Some people like music in videos like this and others don't, which is really difficult haha I'll try no music next time❤️
I’m surprised how many trains have English announcements. I’ve watched many of your videos and most trains also have English. It’s been 20 years since I’ve been to Japan on business and I don’t remember any English announcements back then.
Hi, I saw this train when I was in Kyoto. May I ask if it is "free" (no additional tickets needed) for the upper and lower deck? It seems like the premium seats are needs "paid tickets" but no double deck. Can you please confirm. Thank you so much. Enjoyed your video~
In the "Premium Car" of the train, the seats are higher class and there is an attendant on board. I rode it already so I'll make a video about it at some point! Thanks for leaving the comment😆
Japanese have two systems of words for numbers: one domestic and one from China, used for different tasks. "Nana" is a word that crossed from the Japanese into daily informal use in the Chinese-derived system.

Thanks always for the comment! Much love from Japan🇯🇵
I am grateful I can see Japan and it’s beauty in your videos. I wouldn’t be able to see it otherwise. Thank you for sharing.
I'm always amazed how clean and well designed Japan trains are. Even the cheap ones.
Thanks for your comment!❤️
You think so? We are flattered☺️
I thought the same thing Fluff.
Thank you for the relaxing train ride 🚆 🚉 🌸🙏

Great videoTravelgeek. I did enjoy the information given too. Thank you for posting it.
Great video very informative, plus learned a little more about different attractions and your hometown.

Why are japans railways so good?! I MEAN LIKE all of their trains are REALLY stunning and the country has the best railways in japan :D

Sto guardando i tuoi video e mi piacciono 👍😊
I have never seen a double-decker train before😳the way the basement compartment is so close to the ground give me anxiety but the difference in view feels like you're in a totally different train.
Where are you from? They are literally everywhere, all over Europe, US, Russia, China, India, Australia... They all have them.
I bet the choco brownie was good. And the ice creams looked really good too. 🤤 Glad your camera survived. Now I want icecream 😭

@@travelgeekphotography all if it looks good 😋🤤 I think I would try the second one from the left on the top row first.
i take the keihan main line almost everyday rn as i am in osaka with my grandparents, its pretty much the only bus and train service here in hirakata
i have ridden on this double decker many times but have never went into the premium car (different from the elegant saloon)
i wrote this comment before he said his hometown was hirakata
Haha, yeah Hirakata😎
I have used Keihan for many years now and it feels so at home
Thank you for the funny video! I really enjoyed it with easy-to-understand Japanese subtitles! I'm using Google Translate, so I'm sorry if there's something I can't tell you

omg! u're very funny! i hope your camera is ok and that's really classy train. Looking forward to another video! keep it up 👍
Haha, my camera was okay! She may have been sulking lol
The Legend 15:45 👍
Hello... I think it better no BGM, .. just the sound of the train 😌🙏🏼
I like the first take btw 😁
Oh, that's a good feedback I've been looking for! Some people like music in videos like this and others don't, which is really difficult haha
I'll try no music next time❤️
Awesome 👌
Thanks always for your "Awesome"!!😍
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
It's a commuter train so...do they allow luggage? Maybe in premium?
I like front view best.
You should add the links to the websites for the things you can see long the root
👍👍👍
Can you use Suica?
I'm glad the camera survived lol What kind of camera do you use and how do you like it?

For double decker train fly
One will have life
And one won't
The conflict of night

Hi Michelle, yes you can ride on the double decker for free! They take extra charge for premium car
@@travelgeekphotography thank you. Do you have other double deck train recommendations?
Keihan!
I would love to go on this train. What do you get in premium?
In the "Premium Car" of the train, the seats are higher class and there is an attendant on board. I rode it already so I'll make a video about it at some point!

👍
Hi, thanks for your comment!❤️
14:07 "Schichijyo is 7 in Japanese"
Then why do Duolingo say "Nana" ?
You can say it in either way! There is not much of a difference but "Shichi" feels more formal.
Japanese have two systems of words for numbers: one domestic and one from China, used for different tasks. "Nana" is a word that crossed from the Japanese into daily informal use in the Chinese-derived system.
I remember meanwhile some of Kyoto's buses refer to that area as 'Nana-jyo' instead but the road signs label it as 'Schichi-jyo'
Indian double decker trains are inspired from this, they even copied the colour scheme
To boring 😴😴😴
Not that boring, But when ur sitting on a plane. Its more boring than sitting forever on a train
