Hunter- "I guess that song's about when you have a lot of people that work for you and you sort-of have to write songs or people get unemployed, you know? In most cases, it's inspiring but in that particular song I was pissed off with it. I was ready for a break but it didn't seem fair on the people I worked with at the time." - Bjork Bio of artist that remixed this track, in his words: Iloyd is my solo band project name. And Tolga is what friends call me, and Gurpinar is my surname. I have been creating electronic music since 1993. So far I have released 4 albums of different genres like ambient, worldfusion, chillout, progressive electronica, newage, and children's electronic music. Until now I've done the management of my music myself. Music is an exploration for me and I want to have fun of composing without having the stress of deadlines, contracts and I do really love to share it. I make deals with companies like Pump Audio who license my songs to broadcasting networks like MTV, VH1, Discovery, History, etc. And this is how I earn money and have my music free on the net for personal enjoyment. Other than music I do graphic design job for living for companies like Spectrasonics, IGonline and various publishing houses, etc. I'm actually a professional photographer but don't do it much for a living.
Great remix, enjoyed it very much, I'm a former club kid from NYC, I was exposed to the best D.J's of NYC, including clubs like, Limelight, The Tunnel, Mars, The Roxy formerly 1018, Red Zone, The Bank, Arena, and many many more, so this was pretty good. I did the club scene for the music, the fashion, the social seen but, was smart enough not to get into drugs, I was too fly to be on drugs, I was a free style dancer back in the mid to late 80's check out the movie Party Monster. I knew Michael.
Glad you enjoyed the remix, you should see the film "24 Hour Party People" if you have not already. It's like the scene you were a part of but in the UK and Joy Division/New Order was a big part of it.

I like how he blends the balearic rhythm of track to almost a machine gun sound
Or a gatling gun. Superb observation!

Well done. I would go on record saying I like this better than the original - and that's a rarity.
Well done!
Thanks I will check it out if it is available...
