The .30 Bibin wires are best suited for quieter environments. They will sound huge and buttery and fat on the drum, but the downside is there's less projection, and durability also comes into play.
Personally I love the .40 Bibin in like a 25-28 strand config. Great shootout!
And yes I'm a fan of the Bibin. :D
