59:05 you'd be surprised if you use pure lemon juice (directly from the fruit) as it was contact cleaner. You let it sit for a while, and it will do its work. I've been using it since 1993 in my consoles. All of them in good working condition to this day.
for real tho this guy makes the best ever vids and he is hopefully going to blow up i absolutely love these vids you put such hard work into thank you so much (we should help him get more subs) :)
I have a Nintendo dsi with a lot of scratches, can you polish them somehow? because with the ds lite you can use car polish but the dsi is matte so that probably won't work
You are correct, Unfortunately since the DSi is a matte finish, polishing with my polish compound wouldn't work - what it does to matte finishes is basically wear them out, it makes them look kinda satin/glossy (which is what happens to them after heavy continued use)
@Potato_Queen52 most likely unfortunately, unless the scratches are contained to a specific shell piece or two, then you can totally get away with only swapping those certain shell pieces
truly the greatest ds technician thats ever lived

Fr! And thank you :)
you might consider getting yourself an ultrasonic wet cleaner.
Did it took a hour To fix all of this?
It took 4 hours to fix what I fixed in this video! 😅
What type of resistor is used to mod ds fat?

A 330 ohm SMD resistor :)

@@Retro.Revolution So a new shell is most likely the only option
