Pretty sure the buffs from heart of ice and burning blood is only active as long as the debuff is active. Meaning you can disspell the fire debuff if ur ranged heavy and heart of ice needs to be timed to be active when the shield is active.
what i love about a lot of cata encounters is that they require the dude to be awake, you stand in fire? your dead! you stand in raid with lightning rod? your dead! You dont adhere to basic tactics? your dead. BUT if you dont suck then it actually becomes pretty simple, Raiding in cata is not hard, its techinical with lots of stuff to be on the look out for, the heroics on the other hand are hard as goddamn nails, and will kill you all the time forever!
Would be nice if you provided links to those songs you put at your kill videos Jesse. Some of them I do remember from my gaming days but having the link always helps.

@ploppman1 But other videos show them running through without standing through a couple seconds and they do just fine...I know why you have to run through the fire, but I was questioning why they were parking themselves there.
hey jesse, fledglign resto shammy here, just dinged 85 and I wanna get geared properly for a few guild raids, any advice on where to go to aquire said gear? also, may start adding credits for the songs you use? i'd love to find the peice with the organ in it.
Thoughts on dealing with Aegis of Fire/Rising Flames? I noticed that four ticks of the Flames went off before it was interrupted and that no ones health dropped dangerously low. Not sure on how long/how many ticks it took my group before we got the interrupt off, but it WAS killing us, so much so that popping Tranq (Ima healer) was necessary, which seem inappropriate. Do you guys have ranged switch before the shield is even up and/or are minor dps CDs used for it (which seems reasonable)?
@HomerSimpsonsRocks elemental is very good in pvp have I heard but in pve they are really good. In TGN games test the elemental shaman were ranked nr 5 in dps

Which I disagree with, because A) it shouldn't take hours :p B). There are multiple ways to go about these "gimmicks". Flexibity is good.
This fight is really annoying when in 25 man, u always get 1 person with lightning conducter not moving from raid and then gm screams their name saying - FUCKING MINUS 100 DKP...GAWD. We did it 25 man for the 5th time last night without a single person dieing...u should get an achieve for it imo :p
@Darkvega2k7 well something that doesn't require hours of reading forehand and is basic gameplay mechanic. but the thing they just really have to make 'em so to come up with something new. it's natural evolution that fight have to come crazier now that I've done this, have to say it was very easy. and that's what wrong with gimmicky fights, they are one time learn and they become easy. and repeating them is utterly boring.just look at the huge amount of players quiting after couple of months.
