@ashchetum They do work. In a serious racing car, you don't want extra weight for nothing. They can be mechanical or even hydraulic, like in a real car and work incredibly well. There have been some experimental models to use disk brakes on all four wheels in smaller scales like 1/8 and 1/10, but nothing production I'm aware of.
@DocWolph Thanks, that's amazing. I suppose they are needed on such large scale cars. I like racing, and cars, and RC planes/helis, but I'm illiterate when it comes to RC cars.
