Yes I know, I also had the same problem then I contact uniball they said that uniball 215 and 217 has been discontinued😢. I don't know the reason.

Its a great rollerball pen for 50 rupees. Its waterproof, smudgeproof which makes it better than pilot pens😅
I would recommend ball pens because gel pen's ink may bleed. Assume that teacher is checking your copy with sweaty hands and it spreads the ink then your copy is gone... In rare cases the teacher may also spill water on them so in that case too your copy is gone. Now in some cases assume that you are writing essay or something and you stop your hand to think but the nip of your pen is still on the paper then the ink will bleed... USE GEL PENS ONLY IF YOU ARE USING IT REGULARLY AND HAVE EXPERIENCE. If you always use ball pens then avoid gel or rollerballs.
