@@scarecrow87 Unfortunately I didn’t land the internship role…. I met all the requirements on the job listing but I couldn’t answer a lot of the senior analyst’s questions and he was really scrutinising me regarding on the job questions. Didnt seem too pleased about it when I tried justifying that I was just a second year uni student but i have more investment related knowledge than the average student. I thought it was a stress test at first, but as time went on he kept having a go at me for being under qualified despite me ticking off all the boxes on the job requirements shown on the listing. It was a small asset management firm so I thought i’d be able to land it. He had some valid points that it’s extremely competitive and that i had to bring my A game (which i didnt) But oh well, we move.

So , I did some research and decided to give him a try . Today, I’m glad I did as I’ve made $100k working with him. I would advise that you do a proper research when you something keeps repeating so that you don’t miss out on any opportunity as a result of doubts.

The Key to becoming successful, never give up , try and try again until you’ve succeeded. Failing doesn’t mean the end of the road . A failure is one who gives up when down. Don’t let anyone stop you from trying out any investment. Lastly , Fears and doubts kills ,never procrastinate. Just do it for it is best trying than not trying at all.
