Beautiful! Love the toaster in the living room. Nothing like some "good toast" when curling up with a good book.
How OPULENT! Absolutely stunning property! Those rooms are amazing! Id kill to night the nightly rate, its well worth it.
Ok this is bound to be interesting. Hopefully full of frescoes. Can’t wait to see it. Wow what great showers!
This is absolutely beautiful!
Not everyone’s cup of tea on the buildout and designs but a well done renovation for sure. Thanks for the comment!
Brad, thanks for your book. I picked it up on Amazon for a decent price. The information is worth 10 times the price.
really, really a beautiful big house, but the price is beautiful too...lol...It's a real pleasure to watch this video. Thanks Brad.
Hey Guys! I hope you like this place. I know it is pretty expensive and there isn't any frescos... but it is still pretty nice. And those walk-in showers! 😍😍
Simply beautiful! The only thing is i would have liked to see if it has a view & balcony or terrace. For me personally these two are a must! Specially if i was going to pay this kind of cash
For example the biggest apartment you have in montepulciano ( who it used to be the mayor's home) has a tremendous big terrace & view, for a tiny fraction of the price of this one!
Yeah well after three years it isn’t a tiny fraction anymore…. Things in our town have gone up a lot. Our biggest apt would probably rival this in price now, still less but pretty close. Our biggest apt cost a bit over €800K after renovations and furniture etc. The main difference is the town itself. Montepulciano is so busy. We are rented for 80% of all days in Summer and 90% in September through Mid October. 😅
I would move in a New York minute!
Do New York minutes have the same value they did pre 2022? I'm asking for a friend..
I’m not into the small showers I have seen searching for a retirement home in Italy. Brad, I know you are from Texas but I don’t recall which part. I’m in Houston and it’s gotten to the point where you need to be armed to drive from your home. From all I am hearing, it’s going to get much worse around here. Safety is a big reason for me to make my move to Italy. As long as Biden doesn’t start WW3, I think Italy will be a very safe place to live. When I lived in Rovigo, the only crime I saw was kids with spray-paint cans.
Hey buddy, I live in Australia and I can feel "Bidendestructonomics" even over here.
Yeah Italy... Invest before your savings get eroded to zilch... I escaped the US over 50 years ago.
All the best friend...
[BTW]... if you are going to make the move... it really looks like Brad and Olivia are the folks to help make it happen...
look for tunnel entrances...
Tunnel entrances and kids no?
most historical character is gone
True. But who knows what they had to work with…. Usually timber beamed ceilings don’t have a lot of frescos. Could have been a total train wreck.
Not everyone’s cup of tea for sure.
Thanks as always for the comments! -Brad
Sorry......... doesnt do a thing for me. Small spaces. Not the view i'd want. Tiny bathrooms. Would be very tough to renovate to American standards................. for this $ you can buy amazing, amazing property in Italy. This wouldn't be on any list I have.
Some good points, but I do not understand---''American Standards". Is this not already renovated, beyond American standards? Also Tiny bathrooms, the bathrooms look large?
😂😂😂
This is actually the perfect size for a single family with some kids.
You went right by that bathroom mirror in the first bedroom.
There was a digital switch in the lower right. There must be a TV behind the mirror.
Good thing Oly didn't see it. She would have fallen in love with it and got you to sell off everything, even the shirt on your back, in order to buy it. 😂😅😂😅😂😅
Ciao!
