He's a good coach I'll say but their recruiting hasn't improved one bit since he arrived and you can't win at a program like Indiana recruiting like that. I'd say he's a guy who can definitely start getting them to bowl games on a somewhat regular basis if we're truly honest about what he's actually gonna do.
I've studied him and it takes a second, especially at Indiana, but I believe this guy will change their whole trajectory and Indiana is all in on Football for the first time, so give it about 3 to 5 years and they will be scary as all heck if they get it going! The BIG is going to be crazy with all the new coaches at traditional programs but also the new programs! Just wait!
