Learning to Trust the Voice & Guide Within

This guided visualization allows the listener to take a journey into the breath, into life, into the soul to connect on a deeper level to the voice within. Through the breath, and focusing on a question, we are able to sit in the stillness. Through the breath, we are given the opportunity to trust in that inner voice of love; the voice that is looking to lead us to our highest good. It is through the stillness, that we are able to find the answers we are seeking. The answers are within us.
