they say aluminoum foil is unhealthy so what else can you substitute it with? (great recipe otherwise!)

Any oven safe dish or even aluminium foil containers or any baking tray can be used in halogen oven 😊🙌
The whole cooking time is around 1 1/2 hr how much electricity it will consume? Was it costly?
Same as any normal oven. Also , you can reduce the cooking time by par boiling potatoes as chicken takes only around 40 minutes to cook.
