M - From past 2 months 15 min guided meditation O - Kapalbhati and Bhramari V - Feelings are there but need to give more details to my visualization. To develop visualisation started working on scripting and affirmation. Its helping me. E - Past 4years practicing yoga deligently R - Swami Paramhansa and Louise hay affirmation really helping me S - Scibing started need to do more Really happy to see some geninue person told me i am in right path of my life journey.

A place of fear or love.. Mind s beautiful but we are so identified with our thoughts we dont have space let to analyse with clarity breath work helps.. Sit with the eyes closed breathe through the left nose deeply closing the right pause hold observe the sensation breathe out slowly through your mouth imgaine everything floating out of your system close left breathe through right hold exhale out do it 60times before sleep..feel the love and do it..

My view when u wake up in the morning to stop your alarm you can take ur mobile and check notification so that your brain will be activated and get rid of sleep. Then after that high stop checking your phone start your daily routine. Its works for me. The key is you should stop scrolling it. it should be just a trick to activate ur brain and ger rid of sleepiness
Visualization requires total concentration....so it's advisable to develop concentration first before attempting visualisation. Also start with simple onevwith less details....eg. empty playground walking fast....etc

Hi Mam 5 months back I had Brain Haemorrhage Due to Anurysm of 4.8mm Coiling procedure was failed and again ruptured and bleeded. I was put on Ventilator 1 day and in ICU for 9 days. .After 3 months I have started Self Healing technics of B.K.Shivani. Slowly started Surya bheda Chandra bheda and Anlom Vilom Pranayam ( I'm practising Yoga since 20 years). My Ruptured Annuriysm size was decreased to 1.2 mm now. So many Neuro Physicians & Surgeons suggested me AN OPEN BRAIN OPERATION WITH CLIPPING Saying that I have a Ticking Time Bomb in my Brian , which is a very dangerous thing . But only one Surgeon didn't accepted and my Surgery is postponed or you can say cancelled. I'm happy with doing my Sookshm Vyayam and Pranayams . And Continuing my Passion in Singing giving my Events as usual. What would you suggest Mam? Shall I can practice Bhramari? My yoga Mam was saying I can't. Plz Give me your valuable suggestions.
