Koko Head Crater

Aerial and ground tour of the /other/ volcanic crater on Oahu for tourists to visit: Koko Head. Inside is the micro-climate xeriscape Botanical Garden. On its slopes are Whale Watching vantages and Sandy Beach - famous for its perilous shore break, along with the rock sculpted Blow Hole that mimicks the often nearby real whale spouts. An archery and rifle range hide on its southern slope, and daily hikers draw their exercise from the 1208 foot high summit in the Hiking Trail on it's western leading edge. All FREE, hence the continual appeal of this sometimes overlooked Oahu attraction.
