I have fuel coming out of my hose but not coming through the injector. Best place to start is by taking off the cradle for injectors and seeing if you have fuel coming out of your hose. Next test pressure then injectors. After that there’s nothin to it. Good luck!
Yesssss. Def giving like this. Aggrevatwd with my own truck. Looking for answers yall just made my day. Thank you. Real life back yard mechanics this is how it really is folks. Thank you.
Omg 😂 the part where your boy tried to take the fuel tank guard down and got blasted was so funny , and I felt for him cause I have been in that situation multiple times lol good video and really good info ! Keep it up brother !
My 87 chevy v10 5.7 had a crank but no start aswell turned out to be the distributor i replaced was timed wrong. I was in a hurry and put it at the wrong degree that was the first distributor i ever did.
This video isn't doing well enough to constitute an update, but I will put one together when the truck gets further along! Right now it's running and (sort of) driving. We're going to take the tranny out to diagnose a leak, and then we'll get it registered and on the road!
@@NotSoHandyCarGuy Son I know u just doing videos for the utube money and that's ok but take this from a 45yr old ase master certified tech if you aren't, never buy an auto that's been sitting. Yes Uncle Bob got one put a battery in it and drove it for 20years and never raised da hood........
Updates coming later this spring. Dan has done a LOT to the truck. It’s running and driving on the road now, but he’s in the middle of interior work and some rust repair.
We trailered the truck to a new location, where we're trying to get a title for it- difficult in MA. It does run and (sort of) drive on its own power! I'm going to do an update video, but it might not be for a bit until we have the title figure out.
@@NotSoHandyCarGuy 🤣🤣 i taught myself how to work on my 87 and fixed it when a certified mechanic couldn't. Now i can do donuts on me and my wife's ranch if i want to.
@@mountainwolf1 just fixed mine, did a sick burnout before it started stalling. Just gotta fix the broken factory fuel pump, only using the Holley one that’s pushing through the old one. I was surprised how strong the 350 was, so eager to go full throttle

LMC is gold. O'Reilly or NAPA and Auto Zone as last choice. As you said, whoever sponsors you
Love the front bumper... I'll buy if you plan on replacing it
the two lights come on when you set your bright lights on.

Don't put the old shield back on, as you witnessed they hold alot of crao which leads to your tanks rusting out.
Could you maybe share a link to buy the fuel tanks
Just bought a 85 c10 Silverado seems to lose prime overnight. Other than that it's good. Has cold AC
Mines carbureted
My dream truck
Autozone and advance is my favorite, but I choose autozone mostly
My 91 tbi was converted to carb(previous owner)..im pretty sure thats causing my fuel pump to not trun on..on my ls swap 🤦🏻♂️
..at the end of the video, I was really wondering what a toast wrap was.
I only watched half, but I ld bet the house that it was the ground wire for the tanks ya? And Pep Boys never gets a mention or any love
Pep boys was my spot until they went out of business in the Denver area.
Update please!

I bought a new gasoline pump from auto zone and it was defective. Auto zone sells cheap parts.
Agreed 100%. But I also think all parts stores sell their cheap “store-brand” parts.
@@NotSoHandyCarGuy the parts are cheap in quality but not in cost
Next time buy Delphi. That's the same company as made the original
