I'm loving your plaid shirt! The colors are nice.
I wish we had these types of box service that is actually affordable. There's been a few Hawaii based companies doing this but are pretty pricey. Food looks yummy! Love how you plated the food. Looks appetizing.

I can see saving a few ice packs, but after awhile, you have stacks of ice packs. I'd think that after awhile, they'd start leaking if you don't keep them in the freezer. I add the contents to a plastic box and leave it out in the sun to evaporate, but not good to pour it down the drain as it's not all water.
