- On their 30th Anniversary tour, 10,000 Maniacs perform at a sold-out show at The Verve club inside of the Crown Plaza Hotel in Natick. Here is the first encore of the night, a cover of The Cure's "Just Like Heaven".

I like this. One or my favorite songs to dance to in the 80s. and this is a Good cover. I've seen several iterations of 10k Maniacs, they won't be the same as in 1986, but neither can they ever be the same without the late Robert Buck's swirling delayed guitar. Mary Ramsey is ok,

Back in the day, where I grew up, the smiths and morrissey fans loved the cure too, but it wasn't always the other way around.

Natalie mentions /sings I remember buffalo and going out TO dance at the Continental a great downtown dance club in the 80s it doesn't exist anymore as she mentions b4 singing the cover of the cure Was fun seeing her perform in buffalo being you could travel over the peace bridge without a stupid passport they sure were fun to dance to in a club
