4-5 months after taking delivery of my new $250 Cdn JBL headphones, first the microphone suddenly is extremely muffled on the other end, and then the voice assist button stops working completely. It's too early to see if the first problem is solved, but the second one is, and the newest "initial" setup went smoother than the first.

I can't reset my headphones, it flashes like that but it doesnt do anything. Currently I can turn on my headphones fine but I can't connect it to anything. Also, I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off because even if the blue light goes off, it immediately comes back on unless I hold it down for longer. Anyone know any fixes?

Hi, with some models it is possible to pair the headphones to two devices at the same time. This is usually true for high-end headphones, while cheaper models cannot do it.
