There's an extension in vscode called peacock. It sets the frame color, it's really nice I can set each project to a different color that way it feels very different when I change projects and quickly know it's a different project. I highly recommend

❤this ! Might come in handy for swapping between different platforms, i.e Swift development and React or expo or something. Thanks for the video, explains it really well

Thanks for sharing James. Now I can separate my Development and DSA into two different profiles. Because the Java extension pack is sometimes lagging vscode when I do development.

That’s great!!! So any change you make on a profile will be automatically saved on this particular without changing anything on the other profile, right? That’s pretty neat!! Very good to set up with different languages so you can only apply the corresponding extensions instead of having all of them enabled. Thank you

@@JamesQQuick I’ve tried and set up a profile for Python and one for JavaScript with specific theme. So neat!!!!

    Thank for feature in VSC.
You have interesting cursor animations ( small/ tall) is it some extension for VSC?

It's a built in setting. Just search for cursor

If I streamed I could see the zoom level.
Most part just changing extensions based on the code base, but that does not really need profiles.

Changing extensions still makes sense to me with profiles. Are you currently disabling them when you need to?

Something like that. Generally, it is different projects in different languages. Heck after sometime of not touching a project or language I will delete it's extensions anyway.
