Hi, full PF amount is not considered income. But the interest part definitely is. Same applies to bank FD, stock and shares, etc. The capital need not be considered as income, the growth part is the income. The growth amount will need to be added to the UK income outside the personal allowance. So it is important to keep proof of the numbers. And the deductions available for UK based income like personal savings allowance, capital gains allowance etc may not be available for foreign income. If all of the UK income and foreign income does not go over the personal allowance then no problem.
@@aaacreations6036 thank you for your information. There is no interest growth as i withdraw full pf amount and only pension amount is left over there which is 10k INR. So do i need to anything from my end like declaring here something.
@@TheMiky8007 Are you earning above 12570? If yes you need to pay tax on any interest part of this amount. If not, you still have to file and declare as it is foreign income but no tax needed. If you don't file, it may be seen lightly by hmrc as no tax is due but no guarantee on this.
My concern is I already withdraw my full pf amount and the balance (employee and employer contribution) and the balance is 0. There is only pension amount which is 13000 INR in my pf account which I am unable to withdraw as my overall experience is more then 9.5 years so for this pension amount in India do I need to declare or file anything in the UK/HMRC
So does this affect Sathyan? Sathyan is a famous UA-camr.
I think no need to declare HMRC rent a room scheme .Below 7500?
Nice information
Thank you ❤️
