@@colorfulflop All 5 of them are worth playing, BiS is still the best, but all have their quircky characters and fun gimmicks and bosses, PiT is the shortest and different since you use 4 characters instead and the way the bro attacks are handled is different but its still fun, ans Superstar Saga i would recommend the 3DS remake due to all qol improvements it got
Excited about Mario & Luigi: Brothership? It's been awhile since we haven't had another Mario & Luigi title after the last one in 2015 and the remake in 2019.
If there is armor on Bowser's head, the trio attack is nullified. You have to destroy it so his head is fully exposed, like it was at 6:53. Once that happens, then you can use the attacks. I found that out the hard way, but was able to beat him after my 3rd attempt. It was yesterday, January 14, 2024 that I beat him.
If Bowser has armor on his head, not only will he cancel your trio attack, he also counters with his own trio attack. Of course, he does do this sometimes during his turn, even if you didn’t try to use a trio attack.
The best thing about this game is when you remember that even DreamTeam Bros had a more epic fight with Bowser and even Antasma, because here with only 1 tamdem attack you already charged the paper bowser, leaving only bowser as if the game told you (he has health :D ), but it doesn't change much when he "merges" with all his paper henchmen, making him LITERALLY, "Mega Bowser recycles Papers" ppffffff, it's entertaining right after the fight, the fight from phase 2, and the saddest thing, is That was one of the few good things about this game....
Bro paper jam couldve been so good, they couldve brought paper fawful and paper antasma into the mix, they couldve even brought out the regular x nauts but instead they decided to go basic
You’re asking for characters that don’t and shouldn’t exist. Paper Mario is its own universe with its own enemy’s. Characters like Fawful and Aantasma don’t exist in that world and don’t need to because paper Mario has cool enemies that could be used, plus doing that makes paper Mario less unique from the Mario and Luigi rpg’s.

There’s a bonus in ranks that allows Paper Mario to have a maximum of ten copies of himself. Makes him more powerful in his attacks. Trust me. It works for me
And I know I’m even later but here’s how: generally you want Paper Mario to follow Bowser, and when you hear him inhale have the brother underneath to grab onto Paper Mario to avoid the flame breath. As for the Goombas and Spinies simply jump over them without using the plane as they charge towards the bros, but remember that Bowser can breath fire at a brother the same time a Goomba or Spiny charges at the other one. Finally, move Paper Mario to gap between the Fly Guys as they come to avoid damage. Hope this helps : )
