Do read IMPORTANT fact about this charger. Hi I will suggest you to remove that bolt charger or put a fuse cutout to it. Last year I also bought this same device for my classic 350, one day at my office my office boy washed the bike and he suddenly for that there's smoke coming under the main seat. He immediately rushed to me i also inspected and i found the power cable for this device was sticking to the battery charger and short - circuit took place and the fire was furiously increasing, as the connection was directed from battery there was no switch to kill the power I had to cut the wire forcefully to stop this. Hence I suggest you to either remove it or put fuse cut out so that if any mishap takes place in future the fuse will take care of it and will save your bike from burning.

Romauld Sajeeth Bro, change the handle bar and change the mirror to a standard 500's mirror! use motul engine oils, tighten all the nuts and bolts,use rubber dampers in handlebars and footpegs, oil change and other services at 3000km. your bike will be fine!

bro but u could have used a fuse in between according to my limited knowledge i think that no direct out of key connection should be done without a fuse in between
Ajay Raj please explain further, as per my understanding the USB voltage is not like a halogen which loads the battery an USB circuit is the lowest in its kind like a zero watt bulb, it does not require fuse

I think you should have fitted an inline fuse between the usb charger and the battery.
