    Chef's Notes:
    You can use any type of bread as long as they do not have fillings like mongo, ube or meat. Cheese is alright. The drier the bread, the longer you need to soak the bread so you get a smooth paste for the filling. Cook the filling until the mixture is paste like.

      Thank you for your suggestion ma'am. In the video, you can find the recipe twice. The first time is when I give you the list of ingredients before I start the actual demo. You can just watch and listen. And the second time is at the end of the video where all the ingredients are listed. You can then take a screenshot of the recipe with your phone. We do not put the recipe on the description box because we want you to watch the full video so you will be able to recreate exactly our recipes. Thank you for watching!

      Yes. You need to add 1/2 tsp. of calcium propionate or anti amag.

      This bread uses old bread but you can make them with like mongo filling, ube haleya, etc but you cannot call them Pan Burikat or Pan de Regla. You call it Kalihim. Thank you for watching!

    Can I use all purpose flour instead of bread flour? Is bread flour also called first class or 3rd class?
