Really the chillstep, in a way or other is almost the only thing that nurtures me on UA-cam.. that brings me positivity
Here to distract my over imaginative mind from conjuring intrusive thoughts that might trigger my ptsd...it's good to escape the sound of the world around you....to listen and immerse yourself in the music produced by those who express their deepest emotions in sound that makes your body move and the mind escape to a better place momentarily....
When I had more time at the beginning, I would usually animate artworks from a plethora of artists using wallpaper engine for my mixes. However, now that I am working full time, I don't really have the time for it anymore, therefore I am just focusing more on the flow between each track, and use sony vegas to apply any colour correction or effects that would make the artwork stand out more. Although I have thought about making several tutorials on how to animate backgrounds, water effects etc for people that are interested in the process.
