Hi. I'm thinking of getting into underwater photo. I am absolutely novice in this and I have this doubt: what is the point of pumping the air out of the housing? I guess it reduces floatability, but is that true of does it pursue another goal? Thanks for any answers
hi I'm using seafrogs housing for SONY A7 M3. I tested Vaccumed pump before i go dive for checkig. it was greenlight for 1hour. but after 2hours it turned to RED RIGHT. is it Problem?
Hello, I just got my VPS-100 and tried it. After pumping the lights turn green, but after around 15 minutes it again changes to red. So I guess there is a air leakage at my brand new Saltedline Series 6XXX right? Already cleaned all O-Rings. Any recommendations? Thanks a lot!
Hi! I am reading different stories online about having to take the vsp 100 component off the housing before taking it into the water. So I would like to know: can you keep the vsp 100 component on? It would be helpful to monitor potential leaks underwater using the green flashlight.
I have a problem where my vaccum pump doesn't seem to extract any air from the housing? 10 pumps, 80 pumps, it doesn't matter. When I go to 'release' the air, nothing comes out. Any help?
I bought the seafrog housing without buying the pump. Is it safe to shoot only at a depth of 5 to 10 meters?

As per manufacturer instructions, this device is strictly used for checking the seal and has to be removed before entering the water.
